Welcome to Live Life Better Longer
Whoever you are and wherever you are visiting from, you are welcome here
We are all on this aging journey together and our shared goal is to live life better, longer.
To live life with more vitality and less damage, for an extended period of time.
Lifespan is the number of years you will live, healthspan is the number of years that you’re in good health.
Walking together, we will extend your healthspan for as long as possible, and in so doing we will also extend your lifespan.
The anti-aging industry at present is based on selling products and there are many interventions that absolutely do work. We’ve all heard the proverb ‘give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime’, and we understand its wisdom since if you teach someone to fish then they are educated and empowered.
I teach people to fish, and our guiding principle in everything we’ll do together is the principle of No Harm.
For every potential intervention we will ask: Is it safe? Does it work?
If we can answer ‘yes’ to both of these questions then we are on the right path
“I consulted with Chris to discuss exercise, nutrition, and other health topics. Chris provided great insight and recommendations as we explored strategy and tactics to promote heart health, blood flow, metabolic energy and mental awareness. Chris then created a customized regimen for me to enhance my overall energy levels, health and wellness. Before beginning my regimen, I consulted with my doctor and with my personal trainer, both of whom agreed with Chris’ recommendations. The results have been astonishing.”
“I had a chance to host Chris for a talk on anti-aging science and if you are looking for a speaker, I strongly recommend him. His talk focused on both safety and efficacy and I appreciated that since in my experience the anti-aging field is filled with half-truths and outright lies. Chris is friendly and personable and he's strongly motivated to help as many people as possible live as long and as healthy lives as possible. He didn't try to sell me anything or push one point of view or another, and encouraged me to do my own due diligence. And he emphasized that extraordinary claims need to be backed up by extraordinary evidence”.
