I help people take control of how they age — from the inside out.
My background is rooted in science, research, and human performance.

I’ve spent the better part of 40 years teaching biology at the college level, and in that time one belief has only strengthened: the human body is remarkable. It is a living, adaptive system capable of renewal, repair
and resilience — and aging is far more flexible than most people are led to believe.

That sense of wonder is what drew me to biology in the first place.
The natural world is filled with species that age slowly, gracefully — and a few that are nearly ageless.

Studying them teaches us something important: longevity isn’t just fate.
It’s a process shaped by biology, environment and daily choices.

I was the first in my family to go to college, and I’ve always carried a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunities that followed. My path has taken me through science, health, business, athletics, technology and entertainment — each offering a different lens on human potential. Together, they shaped how I understand well-being today:
with curiosity, compassion and a clear, strategic mind.

Along the way, I’ve taught, researched, coached and collaborated with people working at the highest levels of their fields and each experience — whether in a classroom or a lab room or a boardroom or a creative studio —
informs how I guide others now.

Early in my career, my interdisciplinary scientific work was recognized with an award from the American Association for the Advancement of Science. I received the honor while still in graduate school, at a time when I was just beginning to explore how complex systems, scientific literacy and human potential intersect.

This early recognition later led to my appearance in a nationally broadcast television commercial — not as a celebrity moment, but as an acknowledgment of the path I was already on: making complex science clear, accessible, and meaningful to the public.

In the years that followed, I also served on both the national and international leadership teams for Mensa, contributing to programs and communities focused on curiosity, learning and human potential. My role there was never about labels or achievement; it was about supporting people, fostering insight, and helping a global organization bring clarity and connection to its members.

Alongside my academic career, I’ve spent a lifetime pursuing the truth beneath the surface of things.
My path even led through a national championship football program, where I guided elite athletes
in sustaining health, resilience and a high level of human performance.

And because I’ve always been drawn to long-form research, I authored a documented historical account uncovering a long-hidden truth about John Davison Rockefeller, the world’s first billionaire. That project demanded deep
investigation, evidence gathering, and the ability to connect disparate clues into a coherent story —
the same skills I now use to cut through the noise of the anti-aging world and identify what is real,
what is hype, and what truly supports human healthspan.

I also hold an MBA with a concentration in strategic planning, which shaped how I think about health, longevity and human performance. I approach wellbeing the way I approach any complex system — begin with a clear strategy, understand the full landscape, and then map the individual steps that create meaningful, sustainable progress.
That strategic lens guides how I help people build a path forward that is both evidence-based and
grounded in their daily lives.

And I’ve always appreciated the optimism of Star Trek.
Its timeless credo — “Live Long and Prosper” — captures, in four words, the very heart of what I help people do.

My Role: Your Guide Across an Overwhelming Ocean

The modern anti-aging world can feel like an ocean — vast, crowded, full of bold claims and inconsistent quality.
Some solutions are genuinely helpful. Some are still unproven. Some are fleeting illusions.
My role is to help you navigate all of it with clarity, calm and evidence you can trust.

We are all aging — we’re on this journey together. Everything I recommend is something I actively practice in my own life.
To strengthen my healthspan, I looked to the science that holds up over time and built a regimen that has helped me
feel stronger, live with more clarity and age with greater intention.

And as we walk this path side by side, we will build a personalized approach that helps you stay
vibrant, balanced and renewed for the years still to come.
